- Sample Orders: Standard catalog samples generally ship within 7 to 10 business days.
- Custom OEM/ODM Orders: Lead times for custom finishes, bespoke engraving, or modified forging molds depend on technical specifications and will be agreed upon during quoting.
2. Staged Shipping for Concealed Plumbing Projects
For hotel construction, residential real estate developments, and large-scale renovation projects, we understand that site timelines require pre-wall fittings long before final trim finishing.
To ensure your construction stays on schedule without risking damage to finished brass components on-site, we support Split Shipping Solutions:
Phase 1 — Rough-in Box & Valve Body Shipping: We can prioritize the casting, machining, and early dispatch of the concealed rough-in boxes and rough-in valves. This allows your plumbing teams to complete wall piping, pressure testing, and tiling without waiting for the complete order.
Phase 2 — Final Trim & Accessory Shipping: Decorative faceplates, handles, overhead rain showers, hand showers, and flexible hoses are produced, packed, and shipped in a secondary dispatch aligned with your interior finishing schedule.
Note: If you require split shipments for a project, please specify your site timeline during the quotation phase so we can structure production schedules and shipping documentation accordingly.
3. Shipping Methods & Incoterms
We work closely with major international freight forwarders, express couriers, and container shipping lines to deliver goods globally from our facility in Kaiping, Guangdong.
We offer flexible commercial terms based on Incoterms 2020:
- FOB (Free on Board - Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Jiangmen): The standard option for importers with their own designated freight forwarders.
- CIF / CFR (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We handle ocean or air freight directly to your named port of destination.
- EXW (Ex Works): Available for clients arranging factory pick-up through local sourcing agents.
- DDP / DAP (Door-to-Door via Air/Ocean Express): Ideal for urgent sample deliveries or smaller commercial shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or dedicated air freight channels.
4. Packaging & Palletization for Safe Transit
Concealed valves and heavy brass bodies require rigorous protective packaging to endure ocean transit and local handling.
- Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging: Every valve body and trim component is housed in custom high-density foam or reinforced inner boxes to prevent scratching and surface tarnishing during transit.
- Palletization & Strapping: LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments are packed onto export-standard wooden or plastic pallets, shrink-wrapped, and strapped to prevent shift damage during ocean shipping.
- Custom Markings & Private Labeling: Outer cartons can be printed with your project codes, SKU numbers, or private branding logos for easier site sorting upon arrival.
5. Order Tracking & Shipping Documentation
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse or is loaded onto the vessel, our logistics team provides full documentation required for import customs clearance and project tracking:
- Commercial Invoice & Detailed Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (CO / Form E, if required)
- Product Inspection & Pressure Test Reports (upon request)
- Tracking numbers and vessel-tracking links will be shared via email and your dedicated sales account manager upon dispatch.
6. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance
For EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF orders, the buyer is responsible for customs entry, import duties, VAT, and any destination terminal handling fees required by local authorities.
If your project requires specific trade certification or compliance documentation (e.g., CE, cUPC, or customs tariff coding), please inform our team before production completes so we can ensure smooth customs processing in your destination country.
7. Delivery Claims & Freight Damage
While we take every precaution to secure goods for international transport, transit damage or quantity discrepancies must be recorded immediately:
Inspect Cargo Upon Arrival: Check all outer pallets and cartons for visible external damage before signing the delivery receipt with the carrier.
Report Issues Within 7 Business Days: Document any damaged outer boxes or missing items with photos and videos, and contact your account manager within 7 business days of delivery.
Replacement Handling: Verified freight damage or manufacturing count discrepancies will be prioritized for expedited replacement or credit in accordance with our product warranty policies.
