1. Warranty Coverage Period
We guarantee that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal installation and use during the following coverage periods:

2. What We Will Do (Remedies)
If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed within the warranty period, FJ Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. will, at its discretion:
- Provide free replacement parts (e.g., replacement cartridges, seals, or trim plates).
- Replace the defective product or component.
3. Conditions & Exclusions
This warranty applies only to products installed by licensed professionals in accordance with our installation manuals and local plumbing codes.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by failure to flush supply lines prior to installation (debris clogging).
- Improper maintenance or use of harsh, abrasive, or acidic chemical cleaners.
- Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by extreme water conditions (e.g., hard water mineral buildup).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
4. How to Submit a Claim

Provide your Invoice / Purchase Order Number, product batch number, and a brief description with photos or video of the issue.
Our engineering team will assess the claim within 24 business hours and dispatch replacement parts accordingly.
