PARTNERSHIP
A concealed shower system is more than a bathroom fitting. It is part of the building's waterway infrastructure and must work reliably behind the wall long after installation is complete.
That is why FJ Sanitary Ware focuses not only on visible design, but also on the materials, internal components, machining accuracy, waterway structure, testing and installation requirements behind every product.
For architects, designers, developers and bathroom brands, we aim to provide more than products — we provide a manufacturing partner capable of supporting product development, customization and project supply.

Our concealed shower systems are engineered to work across mains-fed, gravity-fed, combi-boiler and low-pressure systems, with a compatible pressure range of 1.0–5.0 bar / 14.5–72.5 PSI. Each product specifies the minimum and maximum operating pressure, and our technical team can confirm compatibility with your project's specific plumbing configuration before you finalize an order — just share your water supply type and pressure rating.
Standard rough-in depth is 70 mm, with a minimum wall cavity requirement of 100 mm. Yes — we provide full CAD drawings, installation manuals, and rough-in templates (PDF and DWG format) for every model before order confirmation, so your architects and MEP contractors can plan wall cavities and plumbing runs accurately during the design phase, not after installation begins.
Yes. Our concealed valve bodies are designed with a serviceable cartridge accessible from the front trim plate — technicians can repair or replace the internal cartridge, seals, or diverter mechanism without demolishing tile or wall finishes. We recommend keeping the model or serial number on file for each installation so replacement parts can be matched quickly years after the original install.
Under normal use and standard water conditions, our cartridges are rated for approximately 10 years before servicing is recommended. Lifespan can be affected by water hardness — we recommend periodic descaling in hard-water regions and provide maintenance guidelines with every order.
Yes — customization is a core part of what we offer. We can adjust finish (for example brushed nickel, matte black, polished chrome or custom PVD colors), trim plate design, handle and lever style, and flow rate to match your project specification or brand standard. For hospitality and villa projects, we can also work from your designer's technical drawings or reference samples to produce a fully bespoke trim.
Yes, we support both OEM (your branding on our existing designs) and ODM (fully custom design from your specifications). MOQ varies by customization. We are happy to discuss a scaled MOQ for a phased hospitality rollout or a single flagship villa project; reach out with your project scope for a specific quote.
Our valve bodies are constructed from solid brass or stainless steel — chosen for corrosion resistance and long-term durability under frequent use. Available finishes include electroplating, PVD coating, brushing and satin finish, all tested for resistance to hard water, cleaning chemicals, and daily wear typical of hotel and multi-unit residential environments. For high-traffic hospitality projects, we recommend PVD finishing for its proven performance record.
Yes, samples are available before bulk order. All products are export-packed to withstand international freight, with options for project-specific packaging on large orders. We offer a standard 5-year warranty on the valve mechanism, and our export team handles documentation for sea, air, or courier shipment to your project destination.
A thermostatic valve regulates water temperature by continuously adjusting the hot and cold water mix, while a pressure-balance valve mainly compensates for pressure fluctuations between the hot and cold supplies. Thermostatic systems are generally preferred for premium residential, hotel and multi-function shower applications.
Quality control may include pressure testing, leakage testing, functional testing, thermostatic performance checks, flow testing, cartridge operation, surface inspection and packaging inspection. Project-specific testing requirements can also be discussed before production.
Depending on the product and project, we can provide product specifications, dimensional drawings, installation information, finish references and other technical documents. Spare-part planning, replacement components and after-sales support can also be arranged for distributors, brands and project clients.
Yes — we have supplied concealed shower systems for 300 hotel and villa projects across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
